Refund Guidelines
Transparent refund conditions for our services

1. Standard Refund Terms

Products purchased from Potenting may be refunded only if canceled within 7 days of the date of the transaction.

Note: Due to their nature, cryptocurrencies, tokens, and digital assets are generally irreversible, and their exchange rates are highly volatile. Potenting cannot be held responsible for any risks, including but not limited to exchange rate or market risks. Products purchased using cryptocurrencies, tokens, or digital assets are not eligible for a refund.

Note: If a customer's actions are found to violate applicable laws or Potenting's Terms of Service, any payments made will not be refunded.

For this policy, “Date of the transaction” means the date of purchase of any product or service, including any renewal processed under the applicable product or service agreement. Cancellation can be requested at any time, but a refund will only be issued if requested within the refund timeframe for the specific product, if applicable. Some products may have special refund policies or are not eligible for refunds.

2. Products Eligible for Refund under Standard Terms

  • Web Hosting Plans
  • Cloud Services
  • Priority Support
  • VPS Plans

3. Products Not Eligible for Refund

  • Domain Renewals or Transfers (if successful)
  • Paid Support Services
  • Dedicated servers
  • Any products or services suspended or terminated due to abuse or violation of Terms

Potenting reserves the right to decline refunds if signs of abusive usage (e.g., repeated refunds or bulk purchases followed by refunds) are detected.

4. Products with Special Refund Terms

  • New Domain Registrations: Refunds for new domain registrations are generally not available, but may be possible if requested within 48 hours of registration and subject to specific conditions.
  • Domain Transfers: Refundable only if transfer is unsuccessful and refund is requested within 30 days of payment.

6. Payment Methods and Refunds

Payments made via PayPal may be refunded to the original payment method.

Refunds to the Potenting Balance are irrevocable once initiated. Over-funded balances can be refunded within 30 days of the original payment.
